We are convieniently located on the WEST side of Portwashington Rd in Suite 130 of the Comprehensive Dental Building at 10521 N. Port Washington Rd, Mequon, WI.

Common entrance points to Port Washington Rd from I43 include the Mequon Rd exit from the North (turn right onto Mequon Rd, then left onto Port Wash Rd) or from the South, the Port Washington Exit (turn left and continue on Port Wash Rd.)

You will see two gold rocks at the enterance to our building with a Packer and Badger Logo painted on them.  If you have any problem, please call our office.
